Conference proceedings will be published in the Journal of Subatomic Particles and Cosmology indexed in the Web of Science(ELSEVIER)

• Abstracts must be written in English.
• Abstract length: 250–300 words (excluding title, authors, and affiliations).
• Please note that participation in the conference will be confirmed only upon successful registration and payment of the required fee.
• An intimation of abstract selection from PANE 2025 organizers ensures your presentation at the conference.
• However, participants are welcome to register and attend the conference even if their abstract is not accepted for presentation.

Formatting Instructions

• Mention the paper title: Bold, Times New Roman, Centered.
• Must be single A4 page MS Word (*.docx) file, File size < 1 MB
• Authors List all authors with full names. Presenting author should be bold and underlined. Corresponding Author name put asterisk.
• Affiliations: Include institution name, department, city, and country.
• Please format the file as per this Format

• You may choose to register and attend PANE-2025, even if you do not wish to present at the conference.
• All Participants are required to submit the application form for participation and presentation at PANE 2025.
• The registration will be considered complete after payment has been received.
• A copy of the responses and an acknowledgement for form submission will be sent instantly after form submission.
• The receipt of payment for the conference will be sent by email within 4-5 working days after registration and fee payment.
• A Gmail ID is mandatory for registration and abstract submission.
• Only one form submission is permitted per email ID.
• Please transfer exact amount to complete registration. Refund of excess/ wrong payment will not be possible.
• The registration fee covers Conference Kit, Lunch , Conference Dinner and refreshments during conference.
• The registration fee does not include accommodation charges.
